Choc Mint Slice
250 grams plain biscuits (crushed)
125 grams butter (Melted)
1/2 tin condensed milk
1/2 cup coconut
1 tablespoon cocoa
Topping:
5 drops peppermint essence
125g chocolate, melted
Mix everything except the topping together press into a greased tray and chill for 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler, add the peppermint essence and drizzle over.
