Choc Crunch Slices
Makes about 12
60gm butter
200gm dark cooking choc roughly chopped
1/4 cup golden syrup
200gm plain biscuits broken into pieces (Marie, Milk arrowroot etc)
1 tbsp icing sugar (optional)
Place butter, choc and syrup in a heatproof bowl. Stir over simmering water till choc and butter melt and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in broken biscuits. Mix well.
Pour into greased and lined 18cm square tin. Chill till firm. Cut into finger length pieces. Sprinkle with icing sugar if liked.
