Chilli Con Queso
3 spring onions – chopped
2 tsp crushed garlic
chilli to taste (2 – 6 tsp crushed chilli)
1 large tub sour cream
1 packet grated cheese
In a pot fry the spring onions in butter, add sour cream and grated cheese, keep the heat low and keep stirring until smooth and cheese is melted. Add garlic and chilli to taste, be careful the chilli gets hotter as the dish cools.
Serve with corn chips, if it gets cool and gluggy, reheat in microwave.
