Cheesy Mushroom Chicken
90g butter
4 chicken breast fillets
1 1/2 Tbsp plain flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup cream
1 cup grated tasty cheese
500g mushrooms, sliced
Melt butter in frying pan, add chicken, cook on both sides until tender; remove from pan, keep warm. Add flour to pan, cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add combined milk, cream and cheese, stir over heat until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Stir in mushrooms, cook further 1 minute. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
