This is the best tasting cob dip ever wherever i take it they always want the recipe of me. Good work 🙂
no matter how many of these my wife makes of this cheesy cob dip there is never enough 😀
hi just wondering what type of cream you used
thickened?
pouring?
sour?
I’m not the best chef in the world so its probably a silly question
thanks
Try thickened cream 🙂
thank you… will be making it tomorrow night with a side salad for a light dinner YUM 🙂
I made this the other night it was yummy!!! I used spring onion instead of onion. still great.
What is cob loaf? We have round, deep sourdough that you can use as “bowls”. Same thing? Does this involve corn somehow? Sounds yummy!
Cob Loaf is a crusty rounded top loaf of bread that you can put stuff inside once you remove the insides. I use large round damper. Sourdough can be used.
And as far as I can see there is no corn in this recipe but if you want it you can add it. Or you can use a different dip recipe and stick it inside.
