Cheese Pasta
1/2 cup tiny star pasta
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp plain flour
1 cup or so of breast milk/formula or cows milk
4 tbsp grated cheese
3 to 4 tbsp Tomato Sauce
Cook pasta as per directions.
To make cheese sauce, melt the butter in saucepan, stir in flour and cook for a minute. Gradually whisk in the milk and bring to the boil, cook until the sauce has thickened (keep stirring). Remove from heat and stir in the cheese and tomato sauce to taste.
Stir in pasta. Serve.
