Caramel Slice
Mix together:
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup brown sugar
125 g melted butter
spread onto foil lined baking tray at least 1″ deep.
Bake at 180deg for 15 min.
Filling:
In saucepan
1/3 cup Golden syrup
125 g butter
2 X cans sweetened condensed milk
Stir until combined and thickened.
Pour over base and cool.
Topping:
Melt 185g dark cooking chocolate with 3 teaspoons vegetable oil. Spread on top and allow to get cold.
Cut into squares.
