Caramel Banana Muffins
Makes: 12
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 cup bran flakes, lightly crushed
3/4 cup brown sugar
90g butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 banana, mashed
3/4 cup NESTLÉ Top’n’Fill Caramel
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2. Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl.
3. Spoon mixture evenly into deep, greased muffin pans. Spoon NESTLÉ Top’N’Fill Caramel on muffin mixture, swirl through. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked. Cool in pan before turning out.
