45mls Bombay Sapphire Gin
2 mint stalks
3 lime chunks
Dash sugar syrup *
Ginger beer
Place mint and squeeze lime chunks into a tall glass. Fill with ice. Add Bombay Sapphire and sugar syrup then top with ginger beer. Stir.
Ruby Red Sapphire
45mls Bombay Sapphire Gin
90mls cranberry juice
15mls fresh lime juice
Pour all ingredients into a large rocks glass filled with ice. Stir.
Garnish: Lime wedge.
Bombay Blush
30mls Bombay Sapphire Gin
Sparkling or flat pink grapefruit juice
Squeeze fresh lime juice
Pour Bombay Sapphire into a martini glass filled with ice. Squeeze in a lime wedge and top with pink grapefruit juice.
Garnish: Lime zest.
French Bombay 75 Classic
20mls Bombay Sapphire Gin
15mls fresh lemon juice
15mls sugar syrup *
Sparkling wine
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Bombay Sapphire, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Stir and pour into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish: Long thin lemon peel.
Bombay and Tonic
30mls Bombay Sapphire
Indian Tonic water
In a rocks glass filled with ice, pour Bombay Sapphire and top with tonic water. Stir.
Garnish: Lime wheel.
* Sugar Syrup: 2 parts water, 1 part sugar, heat until sugar is fully dissolved.
