Beef, Onion and Tomatoes with Gravy
1kg blade steak, cubed
2 onions, thickly sliced
4 tomatoes, thickly sliced
chopped basil and parsley
seasoning to taste
Gravy:
2 tbsp gravy mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup red wine
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Layer, meat, onion and tomatoes with herbs and seasonings.
Whisk gravy ingredients and pour over meat.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
