Beef Curry
500g chuck steak, fat removed and cubed
1 large carrot, chopped
1 large potato, chopped
Half cauliflower, chopped
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon coriander
Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Add a little water, enough so that ingredients are mostly covered.
Cook for 6+ hours on low.
If thickening of sauce is required, make a paste of cornflour and water and add it just before serving.
