Beef Chow Mein
500g mince meat
1/2 cabbage shredded
3-4 carrots grated
1 onion chopped finely
celery sliced finely
green beans
curry powder
2 chicken stock cube
Brown mince, add in curry and salt and stock cubes. Add in all other vegies (use a large stock pot) with a little water, just enough to avoid food sticking to bottom of pot. Simmer on low heat until vegies are cooked. Add more curry and salt as required.
