Basil and Macadamia Pesto
3/4 cup macadamia nuts
100g torn basil leaves
handful chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup macadamia oil
pinch salt to season
Place nuts, basil, parsley, garlic and cheese in food processor and process until finely chopped. With the motor running, add the oil in a thin steady stream until well combined. Season to taste with salt.
