Banana Marshmallow
2 bananas
2 egg whites
2 tsp gelatine
3 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup water
Mash bananas and set aside. Combine gelatine and water. Leave to swell for 10 mins. Dissolve over hot water and keep warm. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually pour in gelatine beating until very thick. Add sugar 1 Tbsp at a time beating well until sugar dissolves. Fold in Bananas pour into serving dish Chill until set. Garnish with Banana slices.
