Banana and Berry Smoothie
Serves: 2
375ml (1 1/2 cups) reduced-fat milk
200g container skim milk natural yoghurt
1 ripe small or 1/2 large banana, chopped
1/2 300g pkt frozen or 150g fresh raspberries
1 1/2 Tbsp oat bran
2 tsp honey, or to taste
Place the milk, yoghurt, banana, raspberries, oat bran and honey in a blender. Blend until well combined and smooth. Pour into serving glasses.
