Baked Potato Balls
2 Cups of mashed potato (Cold)
1 egg – beaten (for dipping)
Crushed cornflakes
Shape the cold potato into balls.
Dip it in the beaten egg.
Roll in crushed cornflakes.
Place on a greased oven tray.
Bake for about 15 mins on 210 until brown (Oven temps may vary).
