Baked Fish with Garlic Crumbs
4 white fish fillets
75g melted butter
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
2 cups breadcrumbs
Mix together butter and garlic in bowls, place the breadcrumbs and parsley in a bowl and mix well, scatter the mixture in a thick layer over the fillets then drizzle with garlic butter.
Bake for 15-15 mins until breadcrumbs are golden, if fish cooks first, grill quickly to brown the breadcrumb mixture.
