Apricot Balls
200g dried apricots cut into small pieces
1/2 tin condensed milk
2 cups coconut
Icing sugar (optional) to roll balls in
# Mix the apricots with the condensed milk and coconut till all sticky.
# Now roll into balls your preferred size. Roll in icing sugar if you like than place on a tray into fridge for at least 1/2 an hour.
# Store in a container.
You can also roll them into logs to give to your kids in their school lunches.
