Apple Crumble
250g dried apples
1 and 1/2 cups raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup slivered almonds
1 punnet strawberries
2 kiwifruit
1. Soak apples and raisins, in separate bowls, overnight, in cold water (or 1 and 1/2 hours in hot water).
2. Place strained apples in a flan dish and sprinkle with one tsp cinnamon.
3. Puree raisins, sunflower seeds and almonds.
4. Spread mixture over the apples, and decorate with strawberries and kiwifruit. Serve cold or chilled.
