Caramel Mud Cake
200g butter
200g white chocolate
200g dark brown sugar
3/4 cup hot water
1 Tbsp golden syrup
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
150g plain flour
150g self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Melt butter, chocolate, sugar, water, golden syrup and vanilla essence in a saucepan over low heat. Allow to cool for approximately 20 minutes.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, then add sifted flours and baking powder and mix well.
4. Cook for 50-60 minutes.
