White Cheese Sauce
8 tsp margarine
4 tsp plain flour
1 cup warmed milk
salt and pepper
1/3 cup grated cheese
Make a roux with the margarine and plain flour by melting margarine and then putting flour in (low heat) stir until well blended.
Gradually add the warm milk (u can use half cup milk and half cup of chicken stock if u would like) and it will start to mix and thicken. Add salt and pepper to taste. When done, put the cheese in before serving.
