Brown Gravy
2 tablespoons Plain Flour
1 pinch Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
500ml water or stock
Take most of the fat out of your baking dish or fry pan after cooking your meat.
Add flour, pepper and salt to the dish or pan.
Brown while blending over heat with the back of a wooden spoon.
When brown add cold water or stock all at once.
Stir until boiling and of your desired consistency.
Put through a strainer if required.
Serve over the meat or in a gravy boat.
