Chicken and Vegetable Risotto
Age: 10 months +
1 small chicken breast finely chopped or minced
1 small onion finely chopped
1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups finely chopped vegetables (e.g. pumpkin, zucchini, Swede, potato, cauliflower, broccoli, choko)
Unsalted chicken stock to cover
1. Add all ingredients and bring to boil
2. Once boiled reduce to simmer until rice is cooked and resembles risotto.
