Seasonal Fruit Brekkie Bake
Serves 1
1 pear, peeled, cored and sliced into rounds
1 red apple, peeled, cored, halved and sliced into half moons
1 tsp raisins
1 strawberry, cut into quarters, lengthways
2 tbsp rolled oats combined with 1 tsp honey (can use pure maple syrup)
2 tsp no fat natural yoghurt with a small pinch ground cinnamon (can use Greek)
- Combine apple, pear and raisins in a small baking dish.
- Pre-heat oven 180C and bake 10 minutes.
- Add the sliced strawberry and sprinkle with combined oats and honey/maple syrup. Bake for a further 5 minutes (until toasted and fruit is tender).
Serve topped with yoghurt.
