Stale Sponge Cake
Jelly
Tin Sliced Peaches
Custard
Cream
crushed nuts
Dice up sponge cake into squares about 1 inch. Place into a seperate bowl and sprinkle enough sherry over for your taste .. carefully mix it in .. you can also sprinkle some peach juice over it or just peach juice.
In a dish start layering the sponge cake, jelly, peaches, and custard.
Once you are happy with it .. whip up some cream and spread on top. Followed by a sprinkle of nuts.
