Simplicity Chocolate Cake
2 Tbsp margarine or butter
2 Tbsp cocoa,
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp instant coffee.
Grease an 8″ ring tin (or similar) Heat oven to 350F [180C]. Melt butter. Put all other ingredients in mixing bowl or basin and add butter. Beat for three minutes. Put mixture in tin. Bake for 30 minutes.
