Butterscotch Frosting
65g unslated butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
40ml milk
1 1/4 cups icing sugar (sifted)
Put the butter and sugar in a pan over low heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the milk and set aside to cool. Once cool, add the icing sugar and beat until thick and smooth.
