Cream Cheese Frosting
250g cream cheese ( softened and cut into small pieces)
1 1/2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup icing sugar (sifted)
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add icing sugar.
