Chocolate Chip Cookies
125g margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tablespoon vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cup SR flour
125g chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven 200c.
2. Grease a scone tray.
3. Cream margarine and brown sugar.
4. Whisk egg and vanilla – slowly add to creamed mixture.
5. Mix in sifted flour.
6. Add Chocolate chips.
7. Roll teaspoon fulls into small balls – slightly flatten with the back end of a fork.
8. Bake 10 – 12 minutes.
9. Cool on a cake cooler.
