Chocolate Fudge Slice
225g butter
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs
2 packets plain biscuits
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Icing:
2 cups icing sugar
1 cup coconut
2 tablespoons cocoa
1. Melt butter, sugar, cocoa and eggs together in a large saucepan.
2. Crush biscuits till fine (place biscuits in plastic bag(s)and crush using a rolling pin)
3. Add crushed biscuits, walnuts and vanilla essence to melted ingredients.
4. Place in an unbuttered slice tin and leave to set.
Icing:
1. Mix together with a little water, spread on when base has cooked.
2. Sprinkle coconut on top (optional)
