Passionfruit Slice
1 carton of thickened cream
1 cup of milk
1 packet of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 packet of morning coffee biscuits
# Lay 1/2 packet of biscuits on bottom of tin.
# Blend milk and cream, sprinkle over pudding mix and mix until thick enough to spread over biscuits.
# Top with other 1/2 of biscuits.
Icing:
1 cup Icing sugar
2 teaspoons butter
pulp of 2 or 3 passionfruit
# Mix icing sugar and butter together then add pulp.
# Spread over top and leave overnight in fridge to set.
# Cut into squares and serve with 1/2 a passionfruit and mint leaves if desired.
