Chicken Chow Mein
120g chicken mince
1/2 onion, diced
1 stick celery, sliced
1/2 cup green beans, sliced (can be frozen)
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 carrot, grated
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 chicken stock cube
3/4 cup water
Gently fry onion, celery and chicken. Sprinkle over curry powder and crumbled stock cube. Continue cooking. Add carrot, beans and cabbage, along with water. Simmer gently, covered, for 5 minutes.
