Beef Goulash
1kg blade steak
1 cup plain flour seasoned with salt and pepper
2 large onions sliced
1 Tablespoon paprika
3 cups of water
3 teaspoons of beef stock powder
1 cup of red wine
1 tin crushed tomatoes
2 Tablespoons of tomato paste
salt and pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons of sour cream
Mix steak, seasoned flour and paprika together until meat is coated.
Put meat in slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients except sour cream, mix well.
Put lid on and leave for 6 – 7 hours on low.
Stir though sour cream just before serving.
