Watermelon and Lime Slush
Flesh from 1 watermelon
Chunk of fresh ginger, grated
To Serve:
2 limes, cut into wedges
Crushed ice
Press melon flesh and ginger through a juicer, then pour into a jug half-filled with crushed ice. Serve at once with lime wedges, or use to make sorbet. If serving as a sorbet, add sugar to taste, then churn in an ice-cream machine. Alternatively, partly freeze in metal trays, then blend in a food-processor and freeze again. Just before serving, crush into an icy slush.
