Pineapple Fizz
Serves 4
Take 1 small pineapple and remove the skin and core, roughly chop flesh and place in a blender with 2 x 100g tubs frozen yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour into the base of 4 glasses and top each with mineral water or lemonade. Garnish with pineapple wedges on a skewer. Serve with a straw.
