Angel Hair Pasta in Garlic Sauce
1 pkt capellini (angel hair) pasta – (16 oz)
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
4 x garlic cloves finely chopped
1/2 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly-ground black pepper to serve
1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
2. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook parsley and garlic in oil, stirring frequently, until garlic is golden.
3. Drain pasta; mix with garlic mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with pepper.
