Touch of the Orient Chicken
6 Whole chicken legs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
410g can diced tomatoes
Remove excess fat from chicken and place in bottom of crock pot.
In a bowl combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic, tomato and stir well. Pour over chicken (top up to cover chicken if not).
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
Serve with rice.
