Mushroom Sauce
dollop of butter
a handful of chopped field mushrooms
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 chopped onions
fresh parsley to taste
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup of cream
1 small carton of beef stock
Heat oil and butter in pan.
Add onions, then add mushrooms – cook this over low heat.
All rest of ingredients.
Simmer for 8 minutes.
