Chocolate Fudge Sauce
Makes 1 1/2 cups
300ml cream
1 vanilla bean, split
200g dark chocolate, finely chopped or grated
1 cup chopped white marshmallows
Waffles, to serve
Ice-cream, to serve
1. Put the cream and vanilla bean in a medium heavy-based pan, bring slowly to the boil then remove from the heat. Add the chocolate and marshmallows, stir over a low heat until the chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Serve the sauce immediately or leave to cool.
2. To serve, toast the waffles and serve with a scoop of ice-cream. Top with the chocolate sauce.
