Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto
3 bunches asparagus
12 slices of prosciutto, halved crosswise
Fill a high sided frying pan with water. Season with salt and bring to a simmer. Remove the woody ends from the asparagus and add to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes. Drain and run under cold water.
Halve crosswise. Place the two halves of the asparagus next to each other. Wrap the prosciutto around tightly. Serve at room temperature.
