Avocado and Cheese Dip
2 Ripe avocado pears
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1/2 small Onion; grated
3 1/2 oz Packet full-fat soft cream cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Paprika to garnish
* Peel the avocados, then halve and remove the stones. Mash with the lemon juice.
* Beat in the remaining ingredients.
* Season to taste, and sprinkle with paprika.
* Serve as a dip with savoury biscuits, crisps and crudités.
