Salmon and Veg
Small tin of pink (no bones) salmon
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup potato
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup parsnip
tsp of seeded mustard
Formula/milk
1. Steam vegies
2. Mash vegies with some of the water you used to steam them with
3. Add some formula or milk and mix well
4. Stir in salmon and mustard
5. Heat for a further min or so
6. Serve. Freeze remainder portions suitable for your bub.
