Boiled Custard
Age: 8 Months +
200mls milk
1 egg yolk
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp cornflour
Beat egg yolk, cornflour and sugar together. Add milk. Cook in double saucepan, stirring continuously, until custard thickens and coats the spoon.
