Banana Cake
75g sultanas
250ml soy milk
225gr wholemeal SR flour
3med ripe bananas mashed
2 egg whites
Blend milk and sultanas together in whizzer. Place flour in bowl and stir in milk mixture. Add mashed bananas and fold in egg mix. Place in non-stick loaf tine and bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes, then in moderate oven for a further 20 minutes.
