Easy Savoury Breakfast Muffins
1 1/2 cups SR flour
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp sun- or semi-dried tomatoes, drained
fresh herbs as available, eg parsley, thyme, basil, chives
bacon or ham
1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
2. Place large spoonfuls into greased 1/2 cup muffin tins.
3. Bake 210°C for 10 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
Serve hot, with butter if desired.
