Cheesy Oat Burgers
1 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup green capsicum, chopped finely
1 tomato chopped finely
1 small onion chopped finely
1 cup oats
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup plain flour
Oil for frying
1. In a medium bowl combine cheese, capsicum, tomato, onion, oats, eggs and flour: mix well, divide mixture into six smaller portions and shape into patties.
2. Heat oil in a large frying pan, add burgers and using a spatula turn over and cook other side, cook each side for 3 minutes or until burgers are golden.
3. Serve on whole rolls with salad.
